Chassis
The warranty period will be (12+2) months. The chassis will be replaced or repaired if there is any problem for 12 months of service life.
Battery
Battery warranty period will be 12 months / 15 months / 24 months+ (45 days). This warranty will be fulfilled directly by the OEM battery manufacturer company. If the OEM delays the grievance redressal, ALLFINE will intervene for speedy resolution to the customer’s problem.
Motor
Warranty (6+2) Any problems with the motor will be replaced or repaired for a month during the service life.
Controller
Any problem occurring in the controller for (6+2) months will be replaced or repaired during the service life.
Alloy Rim
Any problem occurring in the alloy rim for (24+2) months will be replaced or repaired during the service life.
Music System
Warranty will be up to (3 + 1) months.
Charger
(24+1) months warranty will be fulfilled directly by the charger manufacturer company. In which the dealer will be the intermediary! If the OEM delays the grievance redressal, ALLFINE will intervene for speedy resolution to the customer’s problem.
Converter
(6+1) months warranty problem with the converter will be replaced or repaired .
Wire Harness
(6+1) months warranty problem with the wire harness will be replaced or repaired during the service life.
Front Shocker
Warranty will be up to (6 +1) months.
Headlight
Warranty will be up to (3 +1) months.
Steel Roof
Warranty will be up to (3 + 1) months.
DigitalMeter
Warranty will be up to (3 +1) months.
Throttle
warranty will be up to (3 + 1) months.
Terms:
1) The Warranty Period will be valid from Allfine Billing Date.
2) This warranty is for manufacturing defects only. The warranty of the product will not be valid in case of any kind of tampering and accidental breakdown.
3) Do not tamper with warranty stickers on any items. The warranty will be null & void in case the warranty sticker will not be found intact with any item.
